I do not actually have Organizing Thinking: Book I: Graphic Organizers. However, Book II is excellent, so I am assuming that this book is as well.

is the best book for graphic organizers I have ever seen. The first
chapter provides blackline master graphs with instructions for using each
one. The remaining chapters show the graphic organizers being
utilized in specific lessons for the content areas. Completed
examples are also provided. |

Hooked on Language Arts is a 243 page book which contains over 130 ready-to-use activities for writing,
reading, literature, words, sentences, speaking, and listening. Most ideas
require very little teacher preparation time.
